For dependencies, you can just run "sudo apt build-dep nemo" (without quotes) to satisfy the build dependencies.
Nemo is a free and open-source software and official file manager of the Cinnamon desktop environment like Linux Mint. It's fork of Nautilus (GNOME file manager).
Compared to Nautilus, Nemo has more features, including :
