Installing Back Seat Mounts For A Jeep Wrangler TJ

In this video I install the back seat mounts for my Jeep Wrangler TJ. So a few weeks ago I bought the back seat off of Craigslist. My Jeep came with the front mount already installed. I did not realize that there was a second rear mount for the seat. So after installing the seat into the front mount, the seat would shift around and fall out of the mount. Even with the E-clips installed, the seat would still fall off of the mounts, with a person sitting on the seat. These rear mounts lock the seat in place where as the front mounts only support the seat, and allowing it to swivel forward.
So to start the install, my Jeep already had the bolts installed. I just needed the rear mounts. I decided to buy the mounts on EBay for a good price. I used DiamondLube to lubricate the bolts, as they seemed pretty rusty. After letting the nanolube soak in for a few minutes, I used a T40 Torts to take off the bolts. After getting the bolts out, I added more DiamondLube to the threads, to make sure they go back in smoothly, and so they don't rust anymore. Next I put the rear mounts on and lightly fitted them on. I wanted to make sure the seat fit into the mounts correctly. I did need to adjust the mounts slightly. Once the mounts are positioned correctly, the seat will lock in place. I also added DiamondLube to every part of the seat that pivots, and that rubs against the mounts.
