INTERGALACTIC TERROR! // Alien Isolation (PS4)
115I love a good sci fi horror game *cough* *cough* Dead Space *cough*
And I love old school horror films. Though Alien is more action survival with authentic fear interlaced, the team at Creative Assembly have done the classic 1979 film a lot of justice with the environmental art, ambient soundscape and heightened levels of anxiety, brought throughout the game in it's entirety. I have the pleasure of knowing some of the team that worked on its development :)
Though our friend, the xenomorph Alan doesn't make an appearance in part 1, there's a lot of suspense and confusion to begin the build up of a timeless classic survival horror game.
Prepare your chest for burstin', it's going to be a rough ride.
