It's a 2000 site for the spaced-out art movie Requiem for a Dream that did things with websites that no-one had ever done before. The designers wanted to create a website that mimicked the effects drug addiction. The result is still avant-garde

Playing with space and time, and tracing the stories for the 4 main characters in Darren Aronofsky's film. It sits half way between a website and short film and uses stuff like html on the front-end of the site to give the effects of weird deconstruction.

Alexandra from design company High Res told us about it..

NB: the camera couldn't cope with the old Mac screen so the video flickers - but you can get the gist.
