Intravenous - 4k - EP3 - Game is awfully wonky. No perfect line for realism or casual mechanics

Intravenous is a Metal Gear-ish but in a dark Hitman-style game scenario.
Combat is fully up to the player and insanely good, with no issues at all, which is rare nowadays.
HAHAHAHAHA. The game lacks everything. Shooting is random so that damage is no guaranteed. This even means stealth will result into a random number generator if you one-shot anyone. Enemies do not show armour type clearly and paths are tedious. Nightvisions increase light. A pitch black room will not be good for NVs, while other areas of the game are not milsim.
