Ipod Touch *wallpaper* application problem

1I saved one wallpaper to my wallpapers (which worked fine... it was there and I could set it), but it made my photos appear to be empty (although the space as still taken up by them all).
deleted the wallpaper application in installer and restarted.. this happened.
sorry for poor quality... cellphone.
