21001.500 kHz This jamming signal is Geo-located to the Northern section of Iran, just below Azerbaijan according to my TDoA results. Notable similarities to the Russian jammers shown on separate post. Russian buzzer style signal has been ongoing on various frequencies between 5 and 21 MHz shortly after the Russian invasion into Ukraine. Those signals originate from the Western section of Ukraine, however the actual user is unknown, samples posted separate. The buzzer waveform looks to be part of a jamming signal, variations is full-on without the pulsing see on sample 1 of 2 posted separate.
