Is Draft a good way to build a collection on MtG Arena?

Is it worth the gold investment to draft your way to a collection on Arena? You might look at the entrance fee of 10k gold and wonder why shouldnt I just spend that gold on raw packs?

Well, I had 10 draft tokens burning a hole in my pocket so I went ahead and played 10 drafts to see how much it would affect my collection. The results were honestly better than I had expected.
