Not comparing yourself to others is a common piece of wisdom with a lot of merit, but is it always correct? Or is there perhaps more nuance to this?
I've been struggling with the concept of inspiration, aspiration and when it is right, wrong, or just natural to compare yourself to others. For me this is coming from painting Warhammer and playing 40k, but this works for any creative outlet as well. Drawing, writing, building, even at your job if imposter syndrome is a thing you deal with. I hope this advice makes sense...
