Is it possible to get 10 Shine Sprites WITHOUT unlocking Bianco Hills in Super Mario Sunshine?!

Typically you don't have access to most of the Shine Sprites in Delfino Plaza until you've unlocked Bianco Hills and gotten enough Shines in the first three courses however we are going to be checking to see if it is possible to get 10 or more Shine Sprites without ever unlocking Bianco Hills or beating the Polluted Piranha Plant that is covering the statue where Shadow Mario is hiding.

Today Philip Gamez takes on the greatest challenge known to gamers. Never going to Bianco Hills and instead taking a series of shortcuts that allow him to do multiple sequence breaks and other fun tricks. He manages to get some Shine Sprites so early in the game, you wouldn't guess how early. Philip Gamez has also been experimenting with glitches to see if it's possible to up this Shine counter from how high it already is. Philip Gamez and Mario are tearing up the scene and will get every Shine Sprite and prevent Princess Peach from EVER getting kidnapped and thus foil the evil Shadow Mario without him realizing he's been foiled in the most funny way you could imagine.
