Is Kickstarter a Bad Thing?
0The latest KickStarter trend is bound in the one of the most interesting concepts for young or starving developers. A intarely optional source to gain funding to work on projects. Now of course it has become the ban wagon for most since the pretty darn solid success of donations when Ouya became a realization. Stardom is the concept through the minds of many thus far as I noticed.
Is this website a bad thing? Absolutely not. To me it is a nice way to help your legit company grow early and get out there. Which many people do need in this time and age of expanding enterprise. Can the site be abused? Due to the wide crowd gathering to this site. Some could ruin it for all. Making it something people will instantly which hunt over in a flash due to ether a jealous motive, or out of confused thought patterns.
Would I ever use this site for something? What the hell do I have to offer in the first place to use this site that will benefit a soul? I personally compared to others do not need money for my projects. As they are small scale. Do I support friends alike who use this for there advancement? Yes! While I see the pros and cons to this website, I see as something healthy. Just should not be abused.
