What happened to Lapras? You almost never see it anymore, but does that mean it's bad? NO! This Lochness monster can still pop off and support the team whether you go bubble or ice beam. While the nerfs did hurt a bit of Lapras' damage (you won't be soloing attackers anymore) you can still be a good DEFENDER, which is its job anyway
