Most characters can not combo off of an uncharged dust, but Jacko sure can! Can mix this high/low by just cancelling the close slash into sweep instead of the dust.
On the characters it's harder on, you can opt for 5k 2D after the dust. It's a little less damage but will always lead to the wall splat as well.
