Despite being an overall fun (albeit tricky) game, all the other Ganbare Goemon games were left in Japan. Save for a few exceptions, this is one of the few that unfortunately didn't get an English Release called "Ganbare Goemon 2: The Strange General McGuinness".

A much more solid game than its predecessor, and it doesn't have that huge of a language barrier compared to 3 & 4 so you should have a mostly good time with this one ... until you get to the Impact Fights anyway. |D;;
