Jay Cutler Got Paid WHAT?!
119The Chicago Bears signed Jay Cutler to a new contract that keeps the quarterback with the team until 2020. $50M is guaranteed but the Bears can essentially cut ties with Cutler after three years. With the market being slim and the Bears needing a quarterback, was this the right move for Chicago? Should they have gone with Josh McCown or tried to move up in the draft and take a quarterback?
