Quite simple to do, activate the cake, grab the suitcase, and save and load your game. It will spit you out of the cake much like if you had just played Wedding Qake. No need to dress up and get fancy for the Editor or do the save/load nonsense in the hotel room.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you have picked up the bananaphone at least once during your game being open. If you don't then this won't work.
