The Season 4 patch dropped! I don't have the DLC yet but I wanted to jump in and see what changes there were anyway. Jin's only new move, as far as I can tell, is an addition to his bf2,1,2 string in bf2,1,df2. It's way slower than the original last hit but it's a massively powerful launcher that has a deceptively long range.
On the whole, very impractical to use but in my experimentation I was able to get upwards of 90 damage using it with a relatively straight forward combo: bf2,1,df2 EWHF bf2,3f 3 S! f,n,d,df1+2df ff2
Not sure on the best notation for the end of that but basically you cancel out of his Rage Drive into a crouch dash, then cancel that into a normal dash to get the necessary distance as well as simplifying the input for ff2 to just f2.
Anyway, since the string is not a natural combo it's almost not even worth attempting to use it. Not to mention that I was still shaking the dust off my Jin in this set.
