In which I struggle to give a news update about the past month, and play Solitaire at the same time. Surprisingly difficult! Maybe I should have stuck with defragging after all.

The game played here is Temple Solitaire, a new stand-alone solitaire game by Blueeyedrat, who you may remember from SpaceChem tournaments, some Mini Metro maps which I might get around to playing at some point, and probably other cool things I've somehow missed completely. If you think you can do better than me via such small steps as "not talking to an audience about an unrelated subject" and "reading the manual", you can get the game here: https://blueeyedrat.itch.io/temple-solitaire

Also mentioned during this update is GestaltOS, a neat sandbox/goal game about programming with symbols: https://www.increpare.com/game/gestalt_os.html

I forgot to mention this during the video itself, but I should also note, again, for the benefit of current viewers, that I've been helping out "berryjon" over the past couple years, up to recent weeks, with co-commentary on some of the Descent games. I occasionally make efforts to talk about game, level, and first-person-shooter design, but mostly we pretend to reminisce about the 90s when in fact I am actually reminiscing about the 00s. Nostalgia is never quite what it used to be.

Part of the next Into the Breach series is now recorded, a DROD project is likely on the way soon, and I'm still planning on revisiting ART SQOOL, but I have some other games in mind for the relatively near future too...
