This is to help others filming the stars and wondering stars understand how much difference it makes in adjusting the light settings in your camera.
This is mainly for the Nikon P1000 but the P900 has some of the same settings. Depending on the luminosity of the star is you can make the adjustments for it. In the Active D Lighting there only a few but try them all.
Same way with the other settings. Play around with them until you get the settings best for you.
I also hope this helps others understand how much focusing properly matters.
I too made the mistake when I first started. I uploaded a bunch of out of focus star videos. I deleted most of them I hope but if you find one please let me know so I can delete it.
God Bless.
