A dev on the Keen official Discord has confirmed that they will increase the PCU limit to 20,000 (or even more) after the wipe / update, so now I'm upgrading my latest ship to its full theoretical potential or building a new one in preparation for the upcoming PCU increase

Now with this everyone can either keep their existing near-10,000 PCU ship and build more (like bases, logistics ships, etc) or upgrade their ships to be beefier! Or build a new one which accommodate the 20,000 PCU limit
