Ashita no Nadja is a romance anime produced by Toei Animation and aired between February 2, 2003 and January 25, 2004.
Nadja is an orphan who lives at the Applefield Orphanage, in early 20th-century England. Nadja is called by the orphanage's owner to receive a package delivered to her. The gifts sent for her thirteenth birthday are a dress and a diary. She is told in the accompanying letter that her mother is still alive. She travels the world, finding many friends along the way that teach her things about herself, ultimately having to learn the truth about her parentage and discovering her own destiny.

Keiichi Oku is a classically trained composer and arranger for Japanese media. Famous for Ojamajo Doremi. He writes in various styles. In the early 1990s he co-composed and orchestrated various symphonic pop albums. In 1995 he arranged Masahiro Ando's music for Arc The Lad with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. and composed and arranged a symphonic requiem for Formula 1 champion Ayrton Senna, performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra with Friends. In 1996 he composed and conducted a symphonic piece for the Atlanta Olympic Games, performed by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. In 1998 he wrote a symphonic suite for the TV Drama "From the Northland", performed by the Warsaw Philharmonic National Orchestra of Poland.

In 2009 he won the JASRAC International Award for BGM for TV Anime Ashita no Nadja.
