I never liked this fight, but this time I got it on my second try. My strategy was to use Tron's limit which makes the boss drop a lot of cluster orbs, then freeze him.

At the end he has an unavoidable attack and I recommend you to freeze him, so be sure you have your cluster gauge filled. I used the MP Haste keyblade because Tron dies a lot more often with the high battle level.
