Update 3: The missing room that I thought might have been 704_M02 (25:47) is actually confirmed to have been 323_M00, which is part of Ishizaka Land. Sadly it's also not in the files so it can't be explored.
It was a costume room with a puzzle where you would've had to tilt the various stuffed animals' heads up to unlock the chest where Susie gives you the Time Ring. Judging from message data related to the room, it would've also contained the broken desk that's normally in the alley outside the ISZK String Quartet. The only thing that remains from the room is a Pig Doll (not seen in the footage) that can be found in the final game sitting on a vanity desk at 206 Terry Street in Cloudman.
