Killing Floor 2 on PC has a lot of custom made maps. These maps for KF2 are made by people who are not with Tripwire, the creators of Killing Floor, Red Orchestra and Rising Storm. At least I think. The custom maps for kf2 tend to be made by fans and use either Unreal 4 Map Maker or the Killing Floor 2 SDK. There is a lot of custom content in kf2, usually maps, and in this series we'll be looking at them and showcasing ones that I liked. I will not bash on any Killing Floor 2 custom fanmade maps but instead give input to improve. If you are interested in making a map for kf 2, hopefully this kf 2 series can act as like a tutorial or inspiration for you. What's nice about these Killing Floor 2 maps is that they are like free new maps for those who are looking for new maps to play on kf2 in between the official kf 2 updates that release new guns and new maps. These Killing Floor 2 maps can be something original, a recreation of a Killing Floor 1 map or a map that is based off of a completely different property like DOOM, Borderlands, and Nintendo games. We'll be looking into all of them and if there are kf2 maps you like, have made or know someone who has made a custom map for Killing Floor 2, let me know in the comments below!
