The next cutscene puts you aboard the factory. Drop by the weapons rack as you start (boltgun if you want it) and head into the first interior area. Watch for sentry bots on your left. Take them out through the windows.
Go forward and you'll be able to take cover against approaching Helghast. Be careful of these guys — they carry shotguns and they do their best to take your position up close. The boltgun's slow speed makes it less effective against them, but Brutal Melees are always good.
Outside again, sentries will attack from the right. They shouldn't be too tough for you at this point.
Climb up the ladder just ahead and take cover at the top. Helghast amass just across from you, so start dropping them. Most of the troopers are pretty standard, but an RPG gunner will appear at the end. Take him out fast.
Cross over to the other side and you'll have to fight off some close-range shotgunners as you round the corner. Duck inside the structure on your right and you'll find an ammo dump, which you can then use back outside against a Helghast RPG gunner and some jetpack troops. The boltgun is as effective against the jetpackers as it is against sentry bots.
ISA soldiers will help you out just ahead, so once they've cleared the way, follow the walkway around to some stairs. Watch for more RPG troops here, as well as a couple of jetpackers. If you can tag them with the boltgun while they're on the ground, the jetpackers will fly off and explode, which is cool.
Ascend the stairs and enter the next room, where two Helghast are busy with your ISA allies. Assassinate one or both of them before moving forward. You'll find ammo and weapons at the next door.
