This is a segmented speedrun of Kings quest the mask of eternity. First allow me to explain how i timed the run. There is no In game timer (IGT) so i basically used the timer of the video length itself to count the timer, all the way to the defeat of the final boss Lucreto. I also like to point out that i removed all of the saving and loading in the game because of number of reasons and before you ask......

Why is this run segmented ?

Because this game can crash in every single time the game loads a new level and because of that i decided not to have that part of the run so i edited it out of the video. I also did it segmented because doing mistakes is easy, therefore if i failed i wouldn't have to do everything over again.

What gliches where used ?

The biggest glich i used was a glich i like to call "step glich" or i guess you can just call it a "wall glich" that basically allows you to walk into almost every wall into the game. in order to perform the glich all you have to do is step once to a wall and then press f2 over and over until you are in the wall. You also have to move a bit to the right angle to do so.

Another glich i used is something i like to call "level glich".
This glich is simple, all you have to do is use an item when you have full xp bar on level. Doing so will for whatever reason level you up instantly on the next level but it only work at low level like level 8 all the way up to level 14. This allowed me to walk over the swamp without dying.

There are other gliches as well but most of them are rather self explanitory. For example: you can click on items through the walls and stuff. This is the very reason why i was able to get the candle early. I could have used this glich elsewere but i heven't figured if it's actually faster or slower.

What requierments are needed to complete this game ?

All you really need to do is to go the the last level in the game and beat Lucreto. However you also need at least 2 following mask pices in order to progress, the one in the Barren region and the one in the Frozen reaches otherwise the game won't let you continue while you are in the Paradise Lost. My personal best guess i simply that the game dosen't regonize the mask pice in the swamp for watever reason and because of it you can just progress like normal. Another thing i like to point out that in the fight with Lucreto you will have to put the mask pices in place in order to defeat him but once again for watever reason the you can just put watever pice you want on the altar and the pices will never disappear out of your inventory.
