Despite being able to combo into two lvl 2 supers from EXT mode, all kill combo attempts from CH j.CD utilizing this factor have failed due to the fact that OTG supers from EXT are subjected to damage scaling.

With that in mind, this is only way found thus far where a kill can be achieved from a CH j.CD starter. Notice that the lvl 1 Shining Knuckle is cancelled into the lvl 2 Raging Storm - if you opt to OTG with lvl 2 Raging Storm after the Shining Knuckle knocks the opponent down, damage will be scaled tremendously.

EXT has to be used because of the damage boost to Raging Storm. If you try doing this combo without EXT, the resulting damage is 966.
