0not really a metroidvania? you don't upgrade skills or find items to get past obstacles, etc..
controls really awkward, by default feels like it's setup for a left handed player.
souls-like dropping your items on death, which is ludicrous in this type of game.
view distance not very far, unless you are moving at maximum speed, which doesn't gel with level layouts. you can't look up or down. a number of unknown bottomless pits around. enemies placed on other side of jumps, etc.
the absolute only way to reload your gun is to do a back flip on your bike.
it's half an action game and half an adventure game.
heavy on story (to the level of a visual novel), kills the momentum compared to the action parts of the game.
dialog is a mixed bag; convuluted, flippant swearing, cliche, and most of the time pointless jabbering.
