Older video that I just got around to uploading, this was our very first Lich King kill on normal. We later actually refined our strategy on him especially in the last phase where I ran around like a doofus because I didn't want to defile bomb or inadvertantly bomb a mass group of people with spirits.

Time frame of the video was around the 20% buff to icecrown and before AVR got broken.
