Join us for the next tumultuous chapter of Commander RightBig Shepherd's journey in Mass Effect 3, part of the Legendary Edition, still played on Insanity mode! After a brief stop at the Citadel to regroup and handle a few side quests, Shepherd sets out to investigate the mysterious Dr. Bryson DLC mission. But what started as an intriguing mission quickly turned frustrating as we found ourselves stuck and unable to proceed. After countless attempts and troubleshooting, we had to make the tough decision to reset to a previous save, losing an hour’s worth of hard-fought progress—a setback that dampened the momentum but didn’t diminish Shepherd’s resolve.
Determined to get back on track, we shifted focus to Grissom Academy, where Shepherd and the team aimed to rescue students and staff from a Cerberus assault. However, the mission proved to be a grueling test of patience and skill. One room, in particular, turned into a relentless nightmare, as waves of enemies poured in, each engagement testing our limits in ways we hadn’t anticipated. What seemed like hours passed as we struggled to clear the area. Every step forward felt like a monumental achievement—until another wave of enemies pushed us back. But with sheer determination and a touch of luck, we finally succeeded, securing the Academy and saving the students. The victory, though sweet, came at the cost of a slightly battered mood and exhausted spirits.
Before ending the stream, we set our sights on Eden Prime, eager for a change of pace and the chance to uncover a piece of the galaxy’s forgotten past. As we prepare to pick up from there next stream, the stakes are higher than ever, and the challenges continue to mount.
