After defeating his youngest brother Melchiah,Raziel gains the ability to pass through certain gates/barriers in the spectral realm. Getting this ability also means we can now collect some extra Eldritch Artifacts for Raziel. 1 is nearby in the lake,jump down and follow the path until you find a gate on the right side,you can pass through it and reach a Health Upgrade Piece. Collect 5 to increase Raziel's maximum HP. If you continue to follow the path afterwards,you can find a small room with 3 pillars. Push all 3 down,and you'll get the 1st Glyph of the game,the Force Glyph! This magic attack pushes all nearby foes away,at the cost of Glyph Points. Another HP Artifact can be found right outside Raziel's Castle,push the nearby block over and you can then pass through the gate above in the spectral realm. A 3rd HP Artifact can be found in the room where you fought your first vampires of the game,jump into the water to find another gate to pass through to find it. Now,head outside the next door to reach the Hall of the Clans,and pass through the gate here to find HP Artifact #4. Now continue along and then enter the material realm,you'll have to kill 2 Dumahim Vampires to open the gate ahead. Re-enter the spectral realm after their dead,and you can pass through the gates in the next hall. Return to the material realm and enter the door ahead to reach the Pillars of Nosgoth,and none other than Kain himself within! BOSS FIGHT: Kain. Teleports around the room. If he fully charges his Soul Reaver blade,it'll hit you from anywhere in the room. The goal is to simply hit him 3 times. If you do,Kain will try and kill Raziel with his mighty sword. However,it ends up breaking,and Kain vanishes. Now the Soul Reaver has reached it's true form,a Wraith Blade! It can only manifest in the material realm when Raziel is at full HP,but it will keep your HP from dropping while it's out. You'll also meet Ariel the Specter after the fight,she'll give you hints on what to do next and such.
