Legends of Ellaria is an open-world RPG game, with some RTS (strategy) mechanics and city management as well. You can also choose between 1st-person or 3rd-person perspective at will, and command your army in an RTS PoV too. It has a talent tree as well as the usual RPG attributes (strength, dexterity, constitution, intelligence). It reminds me a lot of Two Worlds and ELEX. It also has several different classes that you can specialize in. If you just want my opinion of the game, then skip to the last 5minutes or so of the video.
