LEGO SUPER MARIO UNBOXING! :O
276I've had to keep this secret for the past 3 weeks, but LEGO sent me the Super Mario sets SUPER early to review for Beyond the Brick! This was recorded on June 1st, which was the same day that I went into Boston to help clean up the city a bit. It was one of the weirdest feelings having one of the happiest things happen to me, be immediately proceeded by one of the most eye opening and emotional times of my life.
I've waited for these sets since I was a kid. I always dreamed of having two of my favorite companies come together to make what I hoped would be the ultimate toy. These sets are incredibly fun, and DEFINITELY would've made little Brian very happy (because these made modern day big Brian VERY happy also). It was so hard not to say anything about these. I've wanted to burst out with joy publicly since I got the package, and now I finally get to do that. Hopefully you try out these Mario sets for yourself, or at least find some joy in seeing a grown man get happy over plastic! ;D
