Removes green haze for better visuals

Adds rain and snow, which can be radioactive if the player desires
Playing on Very Hard difficulty. Also following the extra conducts of no guns, energy weapons, melee. SkullPunch is unarmed only with a few thrown weapons. The only exception will be for quests that require the use of a certain weapon, like Moira's Mole Rat stick.
