I got a Slim PS3 (CECH-20xxA) from ebay and it doesn't read Blu Ray Discs, but it reads DVDs just fine. Since this model has two seperate lasers, I suppose that the BluRay laser has gone faulty... to make the repair easier, I decided to replace the whole disc deck inside the disc drive. :)

Sorry for the weird clicking sound that occurs multiple times in the video... this microphone is crap. :/
