Enter the docks area, where the rocket laucnher will be required to enter. First things first, the yashichi is kept far above the docks. On the other side, if you swing up and over to the far right side, drop off the edge and grapple slightly to the inside. Drop down and enter the door to get the plasma rifle upgrade. At the top of the docks, after avoiding the rolling barrels, you will face off against the upgraded D1 Beetle. This one fires rockets, but since we have a rocket launcher, it will go down faster than before. Head off to the Secret Mountain Pass Base in Area 3.
