Just in case everyone was wondering, I totally did not intend to place the reminiscing about the Sim City games just two videos before playing this level. :-) It was a coincidence.

One thing I must wonder about is what exactly each "quadrant" of this level is supposed to represent. Perhaps NE would be a skyline and flickering city lights, NW would be a grid-like street layout, SW would be some sort of nightclub, and SE would be the slums?
