Man dealing with trash is like super complicated in this city. But we are coping. Meanwhile the city is just doing it's thing. No large plans are made but each district will grow a bit according to it's demand and we will eventually break the growth mark to where the time has come to get more complicated (public transport, high schools, regular hospital, police station etc.).
Still though I feel like the demand for police/fire department/health services/schools is just way off.
