Geo-11 3D driver is an open-source free 3D driver that turns almost any DX-11 based game into 3D. You still need 3D fixes specific for the game or the game engine. Dead Rising has a 3D fix from the Helixmod site here: https://helixmod.blogspot.com/2017/04/dead-rising.html

Download the 3D fix, unzip files into the game executable directory. Then you just need an app that lets you view 3D content in VR such as VR Desktop, HelixVision, or VRScreencap (free).
