Ah yes, gimmick fights.. I normally abhor gimmick fights, but this one isn't that bad. Seeing as you don't really HAVE to use the item they give you. It simply gives us melee a viable option since we normally don't have our bows upgraded. (Least I don't :P )

If you just don't want to use the storm ruler, well same strategy really applies, duck in and out of cover and shoot it instead of using the SR.
