Let's Play Descent: Ironman Attempt 1 - Level 3/5?
0This level starts off good, but then it takes a turn for the worse.
In this playthrough, I clearly have no idea how to cope with all the drones popping out of the purple stuff starting at around 6:30. I really throw away lives on those guys.
I've found a better way to deal with that is to rush into the yellow door the first time you trigger the room. From there, you have a slightly better angle for killing drones. At the time of this upload, I have still not managed to trigger that room all three times without losing any lives.
For extra hilarity, I lose a life while picking up the extra life.
