My Fallout 4: Frost Survival Simulator Challenge is largely centered around the titular mod, Frost: Survival Simulator. Frost is a complete overhaul/rework of Fallout 4, and wildly ramps up the difficulty of almost everything. Combat is much shorter, with fair higher damage than normal, lethal headshots, limited ammo, and a more restricted arsenal of guns to use. It also wildly increases natural hazards, making it almost impossible to walk around on the surface without a gas mask, and even then it's pretty rough. Food & drinks are harder to come by, give more rads, and have a higher chance of making you ill, forcing you to manage your habits more than usual, as well as forcing you to use many more meds along the way. Luckily the game's been adjusted so more meds are craftable, but you still have to find all the supplies, which is always rough.
