I used FNVEdit to create a merged patch as well. List does not include various DLC/Compatibility patches. I am using all the New Vegas DLC and will be playing all of it during this series.

I used Mod Organizer to install all my mods, and I am also using the Fallout New Vegas 4GB executable to play the game.
