While Paranoia may have one appearance in this game, it often changes from time to time. That is kind of the intention of her creator, Dr-Black-Jack.

Supposedly, she is a "cursed" character that is often portrayed by many different beings until it drives them to the point of insanity or another fate before moving on to the next one.

To put it simply, Paranoia isn't just a single character, but rather an embodiment of multiple characters with a common theme: Misfortune and gluttony seem to follow them everywhere they go.
