FreezeMe führt uns zurück in die 90er. Der Action 3D Platformer ist seit
Ende 2015 erhältlich und seitdem dank dem Entwickler Studio Rainy Night Creations
auf PC, PS4, XBox One und Wii U erschienen.
R und M waren unterwegs als Fat the Cat auftauchte. Dieser will alle Hunde verbannen
und entführt daraufhin M, der passenderweise ein Hund ist. R macht sich mit ihrer
Kamera auf den Weg um seinen Freund zu retten. Mit dieser kann sie Gegner,
andere bewegliche Platformen und Gegenstände temporär in der Zet einfrieren.
Um Fat the Cat zu erreichen muss sie eine gewisse Anzahl an goldenen Blöcken
finden die wie in Super Mario 64, Banjoo Kazzoie oder Yokaa-Laylee in
großen offenen Welten versteckt sind. Auch die Bewegungen von R ähneln einem
ehemaligen Klempner stark.
Neben Freeze Me hat das ein Man Entwickler Studio Rainy Night Creations
auch Vaccine veröffentlicht. Dieses soll an ebenfalls an die 90er erinnern
allerdings diesmal in Richtung Horror.
