Woo! We've reached the end! Which apparently could have happened last time had I known, but...whatever. Another episode!

So, overall, this was a fun game. It's pretty basic, just being your standard FPS/arena style game, but the visuals and mechanic help it to stand out a little from others. The mechanic itself is kind of neat as well, with enemies getting stronger the more you miss your shots, so it promotes aiming before you fire.
However, I feel it is lacking story wise, as it feels like things sort of fall apart about half way in. At the start of the game, you have the intro showing you how you got where you are, then the SCIENCE gun giving a brief tutorial...but then you're just going blind.
You come across the occasional info boards that explain a little at a time the history of the world as you know it, and that's nice, but why? Who are they for? Who put them there? Why do they dot the path? Was it a person? A robot? Some powerful AI trying to reveal something?
I mention at the end of the video that sometimes you're just a guy trying to get out of danger and not some chosen hero. While this feels exactly like that, the missing chunk of story bothers me.
Is the developer setting up for a second game?
