2Walker, Adams, and Lugo after finding out the 33rd have gone rouge and are at war with the C.I.A that's leading the armed survivors of Dubai they pick up a radio signal from the 33rd. In this signal, the 33rd seems to be torturing another C.I.A agent named Daniels. Knowing that this broadcast is most likely a trap to lure in others from the C.I.A, Walker makes the choice to close in on the source location of the broadcast because it seems like the C.I.A are only people that could give answers about what's been going on in Dubai. The 33rd is dangling a long line time to reel it in.
