This is my second favourite map in the game due to its fun gameplay and aesthetic appeal but damn, it's hard. Why? In the beginning area, you're getting potshotted by about 10 shotgunners at once, then you're fighting about 8 hell knights in close quarters, getting shot at my zombiemen in the back and arachnotrons in the front in the next area and a nasty ambush when you grab the red skull key. Yep, not an uneventful minute goes by with this one. That's what makes it all the more exciting, though.
