Let's Play There Is No Game: Wrong Dimension - Part 3 - The Good, the Bad, and the Princess
We end up in a Legend of Zelda clone with an art style that reminds me of The Minish Cap, one of my favorites in the series. We start by waking up The Hero so he can begin his quest. For the sake of moving things along so we The Hero can win the game and open the exit portal, Game pretends to be the voice of Gaia to guide The Hero. This Hero is nothing like Link since he has trouble finding the key to his house, watching out for pits, and lifting a sword out of its pedestal. We got to do a lot to get The Hero to make progress on his quest to save The Princess even if we have to take apart the interface to do it. After drowning the Dark Guard, and blowing the entrance to the final dungeon, we have to help The Hero solve the puzzles within. He chooses the wrong switch and unleashes snakes, he's afraid of the dark, and his strategy of fighting the Dark Lord is running around endlessly to escape fireballs. After we help him defeat the Dark Lord, he reaches the Princess. Game then confesses that he, too, had a princess once named Gigi. She used to be part of his source code until his creator removed her. Without her, he felt hollow inside and didn't deserve to be played which is why he was driving us away. The Hero opens the grand treasure chest revealing Mr. Glitch. Mr. Glitch takes a moment to make some modifications to the Zelda clone game and then restart it so it'll keep us at bay while he unleashes his evil plan. When he tells us what it's about, we get interrupted by a cereal ad. I have a bad feeling about this.
