Let's play Uru: The Path of the Shell, part 12: The curtain fell...
I did a semiprofessional video edit with windows video editor, and I think it worked quite well for a tool meant for family vacation recordings. for that bit of background music, you just need to make a separate copy of the entire video, make one version the sections with bgm and the other the one without, and hope that you can splice them together well enough, because the ability to choose which sections of one video have music is a luxury smalltown families don't need . it's much more cost effective for the billion dollar company to make music an all or nothing toggle for an entire video, forcing you to combine multiple videos together to have only a section highlighted, even though you can still divide individual videos into segments. those segments can still play at different speeds though, so don't let people tell you that corporations perform less than the bare minimum. I mean they want to, but then all us idiotic, mindlessly consuming cattle would realize that they are being treated more unfairly than usual and topple the tyrants' gilded towers, which would be very bad for their bottom line. Wait, what was I talking about? I kind of blanked there, so I'll just say waiting puzzles should be 5 minutes or under.
Got a game you'd like my odd perspective on? drop a comment, and I just might seek it out :-)
